The newest addition to our ranch is award winning, Dexter Beef Cows and Axis Deer for some of the healthiest and cleanest meat you can buy.
Dexter beef consistently wins taste awards for its low-fat content and dark, red beefy flavor, once common amongst beef. Our cattle are raised on pasture and finished off on grain that does not pollute the quality of the meat.
Happy, stress free cows make for better tasting beef. Our cows are humanely treated and gentle enough to hand feed.

With a similar philosophy of pasture raised and healthy supplements, our ranch has expanded with a high fenced paddock to raise Axis deer--not for hunting, but for excellent tasting protein consumption. Axis meat is often confused for beef due to the similarity in its flavor. If you don't like 'gamey' tasing venison, Axis is for you!
Those wishing to purchase beef or venison can call to be put on a waiting list. Most buy 1/2 or a whole beef at time. You are even encouraged to come out and pick out the steer of your choosing.
A small deposit is required, you assume the processing fee, and we add the 'per pound' charge once processing is completed. The value is so much greater to buy in bulk, then purchasing individual cuts from a store.
Axis, can be purchased per animal, or we sell individual cuts (back strap, hamburger, summer sausage etc.) Again, you pay for processing and we charge a 'per pound' fee.
